1. Eligibility

The Free One Play Session promotion is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• This offer is valid for first-time visitors only. One free session per person, per household.
• Proof of identity may be required at check-in.
• This offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.
• Pickleball Kingdom Pinellas Park reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

2. Session Details

Your free play session is subject to the following conditions:

• The free session consists of one (1) open play court session at the scheduled time.
• Sessions are subject to court availability at the time of booking.
• Equipment (paddle and ball) may be provided at the facility's discretion, subject to availability.
• Session duration is determined by the facility's standard open play schedule for the selected time slot.
• The free session does not include lessons, clinics, private instruction, or other paid programs.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Once you complete the registration and scheduling process:

• You will receive a confirmation email with your session details.
• To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance via phone at (727) 201-4664 or via the link in your confirmation email.
• No-shows will forfeit the free session offer.
• Pickleball Kingdom reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to facility maintenance, special events, or other operational needs, with reasonable notice to the participant.
• This promotion is valid for a limited time and may be discontinued at any time without prior notice.

4. Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk

By registering and participating, you acknowledge that:

• Pickleball is a physical sport involving inherent risks of injury.
• You are voluntarily participating and assume all risks of personal injury, illness, accident, or death arising out of or connected with your participation.
• You agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Pickleball Kingdom Pinellas Park, Pickleball Kingdom Franchising LLC, their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or actions arising from your participation in the free session.
• You represent that you are in good physical health and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation.
• A physical liability waiver may be required to sign upon arrival at the facility.

5. Rules of Conduct

All participants are expected to adhere to the following rules while at Pickleball Kingdom Pinellas Park:

• Treat all staff, members, and other players with respect and sportsmanship.
• Wear appropriate athletic attire and non-marking, closed-toe shoes at all times on the courts.
• No jeans, denim shorts, or open-toe footwear are permitted on the courts.
• Follow all facility rules posted on-site, including court rotation and noise guidelines.
• No alcohol, smoking, or vaping on the premises unless in designated areas.
• Pickleball Kingdom reserves the right to remove any participant from the facility for failure to comply with facility rules or for disruptive or unsafe behavior, without refund or compensation.

6. Privacy Policy

By registering for this promotion, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described below:

• Your name, email address, and phone number will be collected to process your free session booking.
• Your information will be stored in Pickleball Kingdom Pinellas Park's CRM system (GoHighLevel).
• We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes.
• We may share your information with Pickleball Kingdom Franchising LLC for reporting and operational purposes.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at (727) 201-4664.

7. Marketing Communications

By registering for the free session, you agree to receive:

• Transactional communications related to your booking confirmation and reminders.
• Promotional communications about upcoming events, memberships, and special offers from Pickleball Kingdom Pinellas Park.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us directly at (727) 201-4664. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional messages related to your booking.
